Role of humble vegetables in Astrology

I am not an Astrologer but I believe in Astrology.Somebody says Astrology is pseudo science because it has no scientific validity. But in my opinion it is behaviour science and it is also true human behaviour is related to Astrology .
Astrologers advise for wearing gemstones in the form of rings or necklaces to derive natural energies of these stones. It should be put in gold or silver. This is not easy to buy precious stones for common people .Reams have been written on the vegetables but nobody till now tried to divulge the astrological benefits of these
vegetables.Such as palak (spinach). It's botanical name is spinacia oleracea .
Next is pumpkin it's scientific name is cucurbita moschata ,.It is known by different names in different parts of India.
In Agra Uttar Pradesh it is known as kashifal  in Bihar it is known as kumhada ,kadima . Next is karela, bitter melon or bitter gourd.Botanical name of karela is Momordica charantia .
Mercury is the planet of business  communication ,agility and intelligence.
The colour associated with Mercury or Buddha is green.Bad Mercury causes money  to spent very quickly, skin problem  , allergy weak teeth sometimes there is blister on tongue this is due to weak Mercury  .On every Wednesday I take these vegetables . This is an astounding method for reducing or eliminating the malefic effect of weak Mercury. However if the women are indeed sincere
towards safegourding their family health
they should use innovative ways to make
delectable recipies from these vegetables.
It is a truth universally acknowledged that
Chinese and Italian food in India is now almost as popular than Indian desi food or
homemade food.Even South Indian food is
nearly passe.
The ability to take right decision is given by Mercury because brain development is
determined by Mercury. When mercury is weak or malefic it will give negative results.
The green colour of bitter gourd create soothing effect on eyes.
These humble vegetables are extremely good for better immunity.I want to share an iconic recipe of sweet -n--Sour karela.
