Unforgettable gift of a little girl

Crochet is a hook by using this we can create a beautiful work of art.  For me crochet is an emotion beyond words this crochet remind me of time when Suhani was my friend.Child labour was very common in those days many children spend their time washing dishes and doing menial work instead of going to school. 
Nasrin was a young widow . She was a housemaid and her 12 year old daughter Suhani always accompanied her mother. She helps her mother with jharoo ,pocha ,and dusting .
Being of the same age as mine with times we became friends.Suhani was very expert  in crochet work .I learned basic crochet stitches from Suhani . Today I am perfect in crochet work.
But in modern times young generation growing up to be a just a file pusher ,or town planner designer or Engineer without imagination about Indian life and this classic skill.Apart from being a classic skill this is the method of creativity and expression ,.I don't know where is she but I am grateful to her .May God bless her with the happiness 😊.

I have always been fond of reading.Looking back I can't forget how my father went above and beyond to encourage my love for reading  .My love for reading which was present in my school days has grown significantly. Due to fast-paced nature of digital media there is decline in reading habits . With the arrival of mobile phone, Laptop the habit of reading largely diminished among the youth.Reading newspaper and Magazine along with tea is no longer seen . Recently when I ransacked my store of the house ,I finally hit upon this great magazine of my father,s time. My father was an ardent reader of this magazine.This magazine  "Sunday,,was the biggest best seller of it's time.It was published from Anand Bazar publication.Once upon a time Mr M.J.Akbar has been editor of The Sunday,,.(1982 edition) . Now I don't know anything about this Magazine but this Magazine is imbued with memories....
