Its time to rethink Bihar,s migration crisis

The forthcoming Bihar assembly election 2025  campaign got underway.Every election register some flicker of change on the barometer.The theme of this election is Bihar,s migration crisis and  employment. This election promises to be interesting because this time strategist -turned politician Prashant Kishor campaigning across Bihar,s villages and towns.More significantly he is foregrounding the issues such as employment, education,and Biharis migration crisis.
Except for Prashant Kishor most of the contenders are inheritors of political legacies .
State government already have foreseen this crisis but never planned for this nightmare.Bureaucracies are loath to think  and politicians are happy to sanction capital -intesive project like road to their favoured contractors . Empathy is an alien word for political leaders drunk on their own power. There is trust deficit among unemployed, restless, poor,youth due to selfish Bihari Politicians.
Last month I had the exhilarating experience of visiting Chandni chowk one of Delhi,s most vibrant market .I had a memorable conversation with a Rickshaw Puller from Darbhanga district of Bihar.
This place is the fifth largest and cultural city of Bihar. He said he is not alone there is cohort of 20 member mostly labourer . Beyond controversy Bihar is a neglected state.Bihar  is said to be in need , of more factories, more  employment  generating organization in order to become truly developed State .It is difficult to predict which of the leader will get the upper hand.However the growing discontent among youth and aspiration of young Biharis will  dominate the Bihar assembly election 2025 .

I have always been fond of reading.Looking back I can't forget how my father went above and beyond to encourage my love for reading  .My love for reading which was present in my school days has grown significantly. Due to fast-paced nature of digital media there is decline in reading habits . With the arrival of mobile phone, Laptop the habit of reading largely diminished among the youth.Reading newspaper and Magazine along with tea is no longer seen . Recently when I ransacked my store of the house ,I finally hit upon this great magazine of my father,s time. My father was an ardent reader of this magazine.This magazine  "Sunday,,was the biggest best seller of it's time.It was published from Anand Bazar publication.Once upon a time Mr M.J.Akbar has been editor of The Sunday,,.(1982 edition) . Now I don't know anything about this Magazine but this Magazine is imbued with memories....
